Marinate tofu cuts in a mixture of garlic powder, white pepper powder, salt for about half an hour. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Fry them till golden brown. Chill. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Make a hole at the one side only of the tofu. &#8211;<br \/>\n4. Put the filling in. &#8211;<br \/>\n5. Coat them with coating mixture, then fry till golden brown. Served.<\/p>\n<h2>Vegetables Filling<\/h2>\n<p>Grated carrot<br \/>\nSliced cabbage<br \/>\nSliced snaps<br \/>\nSliced spring onion<br \/>\nMinced onion<br \/>\nMinced garlic<br \/>\nWhite pepper powder<br \/>\nWater<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\nCooking oil<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Saute the onion and garlic till fragrant. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Add all the vegetables. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Pour a bit water. Cook them till soft. &#8211;<br \/>\n4. Add the seasonings. Stir it well.
