Peel and parboil the potato. Boil for 12-15 minutes where it\u2019s not \u2018mushy\u2019 but a knife can pierce through easily. Once boiled, thinly slice the potato<br \/>\n2. I purchased a store bought chutney but the above chutney ingredients, place into a food processor and blitz to create the chutney spread<br \/>\n3. Spread the chutney on one side of the the bread and place the potato slices on top with a generous amount of cheese. Then sprinkle a good amount of Chaat Masala on top placing cucumber slices on top<br \/>\n4. Take another bread slice and spread the chutney on both sides and place on top of cucumber<br \/>\n5. Then place the onion slices, more cheese and tomato placing the final slice on top. Ensure it has green chutney spread<br \/>\n6. Grill it in a George Forman or use a good old triangle sandwich machine!<br \/>\n7.
