{"id":26185,"date":"2023-10-06T19:13:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-06T11:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=26185"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:24:03","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:24:03","slug":"masala-chicken-livers-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/masala-chicken-livers-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Masala Chicken Livers"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500g chicken livers ( Use the fresh ones instead of frozen)<br \/>\n1 heap cup finely chopped onions<br \/>\n2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste<br \/>\n100g \/ 1 medium tomato skinned and cubed finely<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon turmeric powder<br \/>\n1 1\/2 teaspoon Coriander powder<br \/>\n1 1\/2 teaspoon Cumin powder<br \/>\n1 1\/2 teaspoon Garam Masala<br \/>\nRed chilli powder to taste<br \/>\n2 teaspoon paprika<br \/>\n1\/4 cup oil<br \/>\n1 tablespoon lemon juice<br \/>\n2 tablespoons melted butter<br \/>\n1 tablespoon crushed garlic<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Heat the oil in a wide, non-stick pan.<br \/>\nFry the onions until it just begins to start turning pink.<br \/>\nAdd the ginger garlic past and saute\u0301 for a minute.<br \/>\nAdd all the ingredients marked *.<br \/>\nMix well.<br \/>\nAdd the tomatoes and mix in.<br \/>\nAdd the livers and fry uncovered over a high heat, until it just begins to change colour and firm.<br \/>\nMix gently as it fries to avoid breaking the liver.<br \/>\nAdd the lemon juice and salt to taste.<br \/>\nReduce the heat to low, cover, and cook until the liver is fully done.<br \/>\nYou can add a little water as it cooks along if you want some gravy. (I didn&#8217;t add water.)<br \/>\nOnce the livers are done, Remove into your serving bowl.<br \/>\nHeat the butter in a small pan, and add the crushed garlic.
