Create a roux by melting butter and adding the flour on low heat. Mix completely graually adding the milk until all combined, should be a thick consistency<br \/>\n2. Add in the mustard, seasonings, Jalapen\u0303o and Jalapen\u0303o brine. Mix all together on medium heat for a couple minutes<br \/>\n3. Then gradually add in your cheese ensuring you\u2019re constantly mixing on low heat until smooth and melted. If its a little thick, add little bit of milk and keep mixing to loosen it up<br \/>\n4.
