{"id":26071,"date":"2023-10-04T12:43:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-04T04:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=26071"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:24:18","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:24:18","slug":"vegetable-prawn-pot-pie-katz__kitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/vegetable-prawn-pot-pie-katz__kitchen","title":{"rendered":"Vegetable Prawn Pot Pie"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>3 tbsp of butter<br \/>\n2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets<br \/>\n200g of prawns<br \/>\n3 small carrots, chopped<br \/>\n2 cups of vegetable stock<br \/>\n2 heaped tbsp of garlic powder<br \/>\n4 red chillies, chopped<br \/>\n1 can (400g) of champignons<br \/>\n5 tbsp of Greek yoghurt<br \/>\nsalt, to taste<br \/>\n2 cups of shredded mozzarella<br \/>\n4 filo pastry sheets<br \/>\n1\/2 cup of melted butter<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Melt the butter and add broccoli, prawns, carrots, vegetable stock, garlic powder, red chillies, champignons, Greek yoghurt and salt to a pot and mix well<br \/>\n2. Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes<br \/>\n3. Add 1 and 1\/2 cups of cheese and mix until it melts<br \/>\n4. Lay out the veggie and prawn mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle 1\/2 cup of cheese on top<br \/>\n5. Rip the filo sheets and scrunch them up before placing on top of the veggies<br \/>\n6. Spread butter on top of the filo pastry<br \/>\n7. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes until the top is golden brown<br \/>\n8.
