Dip a piece rice paper into water. (Do not soak it nor dip the rice papers all together). Place on the cooking board.<br \/>\n2. Put and arrange the filling on top, then roll it.<br \/>\n3. The dipping sauce: put all the ingredients in a blender. Mix them all until smooth. Cook it on sauce pan. Stir it until reduced and darker in colour.<br \/>\n4. Serve the spring roll with the sauce.
