Marinate the fish with lemon juice and salt for at least 15 mins.<br \/>\n2. Fry the fish until golden brown. Safe aside.<br \/>\n3. Saute the mashed spices, lemon grass, and bay leaves. Stir till fragrance<br \/>\n4. Pour the water, bring to boil.<br \/>\n5. Put the the fried fish in. Cook until the water reduced.
