{"id":25839,"date":"2023-09-20T18:30:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-20T10:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=25839"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:24:44","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:24:44","slug":"prawn-fried-rice-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/prawn-fried-rice-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Prawn Fried Rice"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients For Rice<\/h2>\n<p>3 cups cooked rice @maseeharice<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients For The Prawns<\/h2>\n<p>300g raw prawns ( cleaned &amp; shelled)<br \/>\n1 teaspoon light soya sauce<br \/>\n1 teaspoon tom yum paste<br \/>\n1 teaspoon fish sauce<br \/>\n1 tablespoon crushed garlic<br \/>\n1 teaspoon ground white pepper<br \/>\n1 tablespoon sesame oil<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Mix all the ingredients except the oil.<br \/>\nPan fry in the sesame oil until the prawns are done.<br \/>\nRemove leave aside.<br \/>\nIn the same pan, heat up 1 tablespoon seasame oil.<br \/>\nBeat 1 large egg and scramble fry in the oil.<br \/>\nRemove and add to the cooked prawns.<br \/>\nAdd 3 tablespoons sesame oil to the same pan.<br \/>\nFry 1 tablespoon crushed garlic and sliced green chillies for a few seconds.<br \/>\nAdd 1 cup mixed peppers ( cut into small cubes) and mix through.<br \/>\nAdd the prawns and egg.<br \/>\n<strong><em>As well as the ingredients below:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon zeal<br \/>\n1 tablespoon fish sauce<br \/>\n2 tablespoons dark soya sauce<br \/>\n2 tablespoons chings greens chilli sauce<br \/>\n1 tablespoon chings red chilli sauce<br \/>\nMix well.<br \/>\nNow add in the cooked rice.<br \/>\nToss everything well and allow to fry for 2 to 3 minutes.<br \/>\nSwitch the heat off, and add 1\/4 cup sliced spring onions.<br \/>\nMix through.<br \/>\nThe Prawn Stir fry is ready to serve.<br \/>\nGarnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.<br \/>\nEnjoy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients For Rice 3 cups cooked rice @maseeharice Ingredients For The Prawns 300g raw prawns ( cleaned &amp; shelled) 1 teaspoon light soya sauce 1 teaspoon tom yum paste 1 teaspoon fish sauce 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon ground white pepper 1 tablespoon sesame oil Steps Mix all the ingredients except the oil.
