Any longer than that will make them mooshy.<br \/>\n(Cook this in batches if u have small wok)<br \/>\nVeges I used<br \/>\n3 sliced carrots<br \/>\n10 sliced mushrooms<br \/>\n250 g snow peas (remove stem part )<br \/>\n2 small sliced brown onions<br \/>\n1 sliced red capsicum<br \/>\n1 cup roughly sliced red cabbage<br \/>\n2 bunches Chinese broccoli (using all the stems ) or you can use broccolini .<br \/>\n4 celery sticks sliced<br \/>\n(You can substitute veges it\u2019s totally up to you )<br \/>\nAlso those ready made bags of cut up veges work perfect too .<\/p>\n<h2>For The Stir Fry Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>6 garlic cloves (crushed ) fresh garlic<br \/>\n2 table spoons freshly grated ginger<br \/>\n1 tea spoon sugar 1 tbs spoon corn flour diluted with a little water<br \/>\n6 table spoons oyster sauce<br \/>\n6 table spoons soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbs @chilli.bang.sauces<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Heat up your wok<br \/>\nAdd a splash of sesame oil to cook lamb Few mins .<br \/>\nAdd garlic , ginger and fry with the @chilli.bang.sauces<br \/>\nStart adding the veges in and leave onions and snow peas till the end so they stay crunchy<br \/>\nAdd the strained noodles in and then add the oyster sauce with soy sauce and mix well for only a minute , add the sugar and corn flour mixture and fry a further 30 secs till it gets a sticky like texture then take it off the heat.<br \/>\nVeges must be still crunchy not over cooked and soggy .<br \/>\nGarnish with fresh bean sprouts and crunchy fried onions .<br \/>\nServe up and enjoy<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients Using 1 kilo of lamb backstrap @marble_meats Steps Slice the lamb into thin slices and simply add 4 table spoons ketchup manus (sweet soy sauce ) and 3 table spoons oyster sauce.
