{"id":25690,"date":"2023-09-08T07:20:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-07T23:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=25690"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:24:59","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:24:59","slug":"stuffed-chicken-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/stuffed-chicken-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Stuffed Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients Step 1<\/h2>\n<p>2 large breast chicken<\/p>\n<h2>Spice Seasoning For Chicken Marinade<\/h2>\n<p>1 tsp- Dried herbs<br \/>\n1 tbsp- Paprika<br \/>\n1 tbsp- Cajun seasoning<br \/>\n1 tsp- Garlic powder<br \/>\n1 tsp- Black pepper<br \/>\nTouch of salt<br \/>\n1.5 tsp- Olive oil<\/p>\n<h2>Step 2<\/h2>\n<p>1 tbsp- Olive oil<br \/>\n4 gloves of garlic (diced)<br \/>\n1 Small red onion ( diced)<br \/>\nHandful of chorizo cut in small pieces<br \/>\nHalf red pepper ( cut in cubes)<br \/>\nHandful of baby spinach<br \/>\n1 tsp- Dried parsley<br \/>\n1 tsp- Black pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp 1 tsp- Cajun seasoning<br \/>\n165g Philadelphia cheese ( whole container)<br \/>\n1\/2 Cup of mozzarella cheese<br \/>\nCocktail Sticks ( Optional) For Holding It Together<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Wash and pat dry chicken<br \/>\nSlit the chicken in the middle sidewise making a pocket<br \/>\nMarinate the chicken using all ingredients in step 1 and leave in the fridge for 15\/20 minutes<br \/>\nHeat oil in a pan<br \/>\nAdd the ingredients in step 2 in the same order,<br \/>\nAdd in the cream cheese and turn the heat off straight away, mix well to combine all ingredients.<br \/>\nLet the mixture cool before stuffing the chicken<br \/>\nAdd the mozzarella cheese and push it in the chicken pocket to stay intact<br \/>\nUse cocktail stick to close the picket and keep mixture in place.<br \/>\nBake in the oven for 30 minutes, 15 minutes on each side at 160c<br \/>\nVoila!
