{"id":25663,"date":"2023-09-07T10:06:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-07T02:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=25663"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:25:03","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:25:03","slug":"chicken-fajita-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-fajita-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Fajita"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 chicken breasts sliced lengthwise to make 4 thin fillets<br \/>\n3 bell peppers<br \/>\n2 shallots or 1 onion<\/p>\n<h2>Chicken Marinade<\/h2>\n<p>2 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\nJuice of half a lime or lemon<br \/>\n1 tsp each cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp pepper and chili powder (optional)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Mix the chicken marinade ingredients together in a bowl and pour them over the chicken, mixing until all the chicken sides are covered.<br \/>\nSlice the bell peppers and onions before starting the cooking process.<br \/>\nHeat your pan on medium high heat, add some olive oil and cook the chicken a few minutes on each side making sure it\u2019s cooked through.<br \/>\nRemove the cooked chicken to a separate plate, let cool a few minutes and then slice them lengthwise intro strips.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, cook the veggies in the same pot until tender. Once done, add the chicken strips back to the pot, mixing them<br \/>\nwith the veggies.
