Add the SPAR Low Fat Wild Berry Yoghurt, SPAR Choice Grade Frozen Blueberries, and honey into the blender. Blend until smooth. Any sweetener can be used instead of honey.<br \/>\n2. Pour the blended mixture into ice trays. Freeze for 6-8 hours or until the yoghurt is frozen solid. (Any Spar Freshline fruits may be used but MUST be frozen prior to blending.<br \/>\n3. Add the frozen cubes back into the blender. Blend until a smooth, velvety mixture forms. Blending the cubes gives the frozen yoghurt a smooth and creamy texture.<br \/>\nNote: The frozen cubes can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months and blended as needed.<br \/>\n4.
