{"id":25630,"date":"2023-09-06T10:14:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-06T02:14:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=25630"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:25:09","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:25:09","slug":"creamy-mince-beef-pasta-insidereereeskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/creamy-mince-beef-pasta-insidereereeskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Mince Beef Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500g pasta<br \/>\n1 tablespoon olive oil<br \/>\n1\/2 kilo mince meat<br \/>\n1 onion diced<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic minced<br \/>\n1 red capsicum sliced<br \/>\n1 green capsicum sliced<br \/>\n1 teaspoons Italian herbs<br \/>\n1 teaspoon paprika<br \/>\n1 teaspoon mustard powder<br \/>\n2 tablespoon all-purpose flour<br \/>\n1 cup beef stock<br \/>\n1 cup passata sauce<br \/>\n600 ml thickened cream<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n1 1\u20442 cups shredded cheddar cheese<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>In a large pot cook pasta according to package instructions and drain well.<br \/>\nHeat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.<br \/>\nAdd mince meat and cook until changes colour.<br \/>\nAdd onion, cook until soften, stirring frequently.<br \/>\nAdd capsicum, mix and cook for 2 minutes than add garlic, and cook for 1 minute.<br \/>\nAdd Italian herbs, mustard powder, paprika and mix well. Add in flour and mix.<br \/>\nAdd beef stock and stir to combine.<br \/>\nAdd passata sauce and mix than add thickened cream.<br \/>\nLet it cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens, than add salt and pepper to taste.<br \/>\nStir in cooked pasta, than add cheddar cheese and mix until melted.<br \/>\nServe hot.
