{"id":25588,"date":"2023-09-04T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-04T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=25588"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:25:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:25:12","slug":"biscoff-caramel-slice-livingwellwithsez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/biscoff-caramel-slice-livingwellwithsez","title":{"rendered":"Biscoff Caramel Slice"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>BASE :<\/strong><br \/>\n400g biscoff biscuits &#8211; crushed<br \/>\n150g butter melted<br \/>\n100g @lotusbiscoffau biscoff melted<br \/>\n<strong>CARAMEL CENTRE :<\/strong><br \/>\n100gm butter<br \/>\n50g caster sugar<br \/>\n4 Tbsp golden syrup<br \/>\n1 can @nestleanz condensed milk (400g)<\/p>\n<h2>Topping<\/h2>\n<p>block of @cadburyaust milk choc<br \/>\n100gm melted biscoff<br \/>\na few extra biscoff biscuits to crumble on top<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Line a slice\/baking tray with baking paper.<br \/>\n2. Mix all of the base ingredients together, and then press into the tray. Refrigerate.<br \/>\n3. Add all the caramel ingredients to a saucepan.<br \/>\nMelt everything on medium to high heat.<br \/>\nContinually stir the mixture for around 5 mins whilst it boils on medium to high heat. Once it\u2019s done it will turn a light golden colour. ( Starts as yellow finishes as light gold). Keep stirring so it doesn\u2019t burn.<br \/>\n4. Pour the caramel over the base, and let it set for around 1 hour.<br \/>\n5. Melt the chocolate and the Biscoff together, and give them a good mix.<br \/>\n6. Pour the choc\/Biscoff over the caramel, and crush a few Biscoff biscuits over the top.
