To a blender, add the avocados, garlic, avocado oil, salt and lemon juice, and blend until smooth<br \/>\n2. Add the onions abd capsicum slices to the pasta<br \/>\n3. Pour the avocado sauce on top<br \/>\n4. Toss to coat everything evenly with the sauce<br \/>\n5. Garnish with coriander<br \/>\n6.
