Add the chopped cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, chickpeas, eggs, feta cheese, coriander and pomegranate seeds to a bowl<br \/>\n2. Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour this over the salad<br \/>\n3. Mix well<br \/>\n4.
