Cover and let the batter rest for 10 minutes.<br \/>\nGrease a microwave safe dish (6 by 6 inches).<br \/>\nDessolve the baking soda with 1 teaspoon water and add this to the batter and whisk it with light hands in one direction until the batter becomes really fluffy<br \/>\nand frothy, immediately pour the batter into the greased pan. Microwave on high for 7-8 minutes. Or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.<br \/>\nRemove the khaman from the microwave and let it cool completely. Slice, then pour the tempering over the sliced khaman. Garnish with coriander, freshly grated\/dessicated coconut, and sev. Enjoy.<br \/>\nFor the tempering heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let it crackle. Add green chillies and water along with sugar and salt. Let it come to a boil.
