{"id":25484,"date":"2023-08-30T08:49:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-30T00:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=25484"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:25:26","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:25:26","slug":"borani-banjan-katz__kitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/borani-banjan-katz__kitchen","title":{"rendered":"Borani Banjan"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 large eggplant, thinly sliced<br \/>\n2 small onions, sliced<br \/>\n2 red chillies, sliced<br \/>\n4 cloves of garlic, diced<br \/>\n1 tsp of coriander powder<br \/>\n140g of tomato paste<br \/>\n1 cup of water<br \/>\n1 tsp of turmeric<br \/>\n1 tsp of chillI powder<br \/>\n2 tsp of sugar<br \/>\nsalt, to taste<br \/>\noil, to taste<br \/>\nchilli flakes and mint leaves, to taste<br \/>\nIngredients for the Yoghurt Sauce<br \/>\n1 cup of Greek yoghurt<br \/>\n1 clove of garlic, diced<br \/>\nsalt, to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Fry the eggplant slices until golden brown before draining any excess oil on some paper towel<br \/>\n2. Saute\u0301 the onions, chillies and garlic<br \/>\n3. Add the ground coriander, turmeric, chilli powder and tomato paste<br \/>\n4. Add water and season with salt and sugar<br \/>\n5. Add the fried eggplant slices on top of the sauce and simmer on low for 5-10 minutes<br \/>\n6. To make the sauce, mix 1 clove of garlic, salt and Greek yoghurt together<br \/>\n7. Spread the yoghurt sauce on a plate and add the eggplants on top<br \/>\n8. Add more sauce and garnish with chilli flakes and mint<br \/>\n9.
