In a baking dish add in your chopped pepper, tomato, Onion along with a healthy drizzle of oil and all seasonings listed above using your hand to coat it all over<br \/>\n2. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180C<br \/>\n3. Transfer over to a pot add in the vegetable stock allowing it to simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes<br \/>\n4. Add in the Lucky Iron Fish along with 3 drops of lemon juice for acidity to activate the Lucky Iron Fish. Let it boil for 10 minutes and remove<br \/>\n5. Add a handful of cashew nuts and let it simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat<br \/>\n6. Transfer over to a food processor and blitz until a pure\u0301e.
