And the chutney is thick. Remove from heat, let it cool completely.<br \/>\nGrind the cooled chutney to a smooth paste. You may add a splash of water if it&#8217;s too thick.<br \/>\nPass the ground chutney through a sieve for a smooth texture. Store in sterilised jars. Use as desired.<br \/>\nThis chutney can be stored for months in the freezer.<br \/>\nJust thaw at room temperature or overnight in the freezer.
