{"id":25443,"date":"2023-08-27T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-27T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=25443"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:25:33","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:25:33","slug":"blueberry-white-chocolate-blondies-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/blueberry-white-chocolate-blondies-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Blueberry &amp; White Chocolate Blondies"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>185g Butter<br \/>\n3 Medium eggs<br \/>\n200g Truvia for baking castor sugar @truviasouthafrica<br \/>\n160g Plain flour<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon Baking powder<br \/>\n150g White Chocolate chunks<br \/>\n( chips, discs, or chocolate cut into small pieces)<br \/>\n120g fresh blueberries,not frozen<br \/>\n1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Pre-heat the oven to 180c.<br \/>\nLine and grease a 2020cm baking pan.<br \/>\nMelt the butter and allow to cool down.<br \/>\nAdd eggs to a large bowl together with the Truvia castor sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until thick, light, and creamy.<br \/>\nAdd the melted butter into the egg mixture a little at a time and fold gently with a rubber spatula or large metal spoon.<br \/>\nSift in the flour and baking powder.<br \/>\nFold in lightly until just combined.<br \/>\nAdd the chocolate chunks ( i used chocolate discs that i broke into pieces).<br \/>\nAlso, add in half the blueberries ( you can use raspberries, too).<br \/>\nFold again.<br \/>\nPour into the lined baking tin.<br \/>\nBake for 30 to 40min or until the top is lightly golden.<br \/>\nRemove from the oven.<br \/>\nAllow to cool down in the pan completely before removing and slicing.<br \/>\nEnjoy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients 185g Butter 3 Medium eggs 200g Truvia for baking castor sugar @truviasouthafrica 160g Plain flour 1\/2 teaspoon Baking powder 150g White Chocolate chunks ( chips, discs, or chocolate cut into small pieces) 120g fresh blueberries,not frozen 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Steps Pre-heat the oven to 180c.
