{"id":25384,"date":"2023-08-24T09:50:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-24T01:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=25384"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:25:42","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:25:42","slug":"sriracha-wings-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/sriracha-wings-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Sriracha Wings"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients Step 1<\/h2>\n<p>8 Chicken wings<br \/>\nHalf red onion<br \/>\n4\/6 Clove of garlic<br \/>\nHand full of coriander<br \/>\n1 Scotch bonnet<br \/>\n1 tsp Paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp All purpose seasoning @jamaicavalleyuk<br \/>\n1 tsp chicken seasoning @jamaicavalleyuk<br \/>\n1 tbsp Sriracha seasoning @schwartz.uk<br \/>\nSalt to taste<\/p>\n<h2>For The Sauce Step 2<\/h2>\n<p>Generous amount of butter<br \/>\n2 tbsp double cream @elmlea_ukie<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Add onion, garlic coriander and scotch bonnet to the food processor and blend into a paste, add water if needed to make the paste loose and leave aside<br \/>\nWash the wings and pat dry<br \/>\nTake 1.5 tbsp of the blended paste and add to the wings<br \/>\nUse all the remaining seasoning in step 1 to coat the wings and leave for 15 minutes to marinate.<br \/>\nAdd to air fryer and grill for 10 minutes on each side (20 minutes overall depending on the size of your wings)<br \/>\nIn a pan add butter and all the remaining paste blended earlier, cook it down for 3-4 minutes before adding the cream.<br \/>\nStir for further 3-4 minutes before adding the grilled wings<br \/>\nStir until the wings is fully coated in the sauce cook on slow heat for 4 minutes and turn of the heat&#8230;<br \/>\nVoila!
