Take a large deep bowl and combine bread crumbs, salt, oregano, black pepper and mix well.<br \/>\n2. Whisk the egg and dip chicken strips into egg then place flour into large tray and roll out the strips then again dip in egg now place into the bread crumbs bowl.<br \/>\n3. Then place these coated chicken strips into fridge for 30 min then. You can freeze them on this stage for later use.<br \/>\n4. Heat the oil on medium flame and don&#8217;t over crowd the wok.<br \/>\n5.Deep fried in hot oil till golden brown and serve with mayo, ketchup or your favourite dip.<br \/>\n6.
