Mix the cocoa powder into avocado oil<br \/>\n2. Add in dark brown sugar, cane sugar, vanilla extract and eggs; use hand mixer and mix very well ( 1-2 minutes)<br \/>\n3. Add in all dry ingredients: baking powder, salt and both flours, mix until well combined<br \/>\n4. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts; chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes<br \/>\n6. Pre heat the oven to 350F, roll the chilled cookie dough about the size of a golf ball( about 2 Tbsp ) on a lined baking tray<br \/>\n7. Bake for 20 minutes and cook in the tray for 5 minutes and then move to the cooking rack!!
