For the vegan buttermilk combine the plant based milk with the apple cider vinegar, mix and let it sit for 15 minutes<br \/>\n2. For the cauliflower batter, mix together the plain flour, panko breadcrumbs, chilli powder, garlic powder, salt and garlic. Then add in the vegan buttermilk. The consistency should be thick<br \/>\n3. Add in the cauliflower florets, mix and coat generously. Place on baking sheet and roast for 25-35 minutes at 180C<br \/>\n4. For the bang bang sauce combine the vegan mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, hot sauce, garlic and chopped parsley<br \/>\n5. Once the cauliflower florets are crispy add the bang bang sauce mix until every piece is coated<br \/>\n6.
