In a sauce pan add water along with food color and sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t cook more than that. Set aside for later use.<br \/>\n2. In a separate pan add desi ghee, once ghee melted add cardamom and roast till fragrant.<br \/>\n3. Add semolina in ghee and roast on medium flame until its fragrant.<br \/>\n4. Add gram flour in semolina and roast for a minute. Gram flour will give a luscious texture to your halwa.<br \/>\n5. Now turn off the flame and add sugar mixture slowly, don&#8217;t pour all it once otherwise mixture will come out.<br \/>\n6. Switch on flame and let it cook. Once halwa starts bubbling cover the pan and keep the flame slow.<br \/>\n7. After few minutes smolina soak all the moisture and halwa is ready.<br \/>\n8.
