{"id":25309,"date":"2023-08-20T11:52:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-20T03:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=25309"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:25:51","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:25:51","slug":"sesame-seed-crusted-tuna-thebukharigirls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/sesame-seed-crusted-tuna-thebukharigirls","title":{"rendered":"Sesame Seed Crusted Tuna"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 pound ahi tuna<br \/>\n1 teaspoon garlic powder<br \/>\n1\/2 crushed black pepper<br \/>\n1 tablespoons hoisin sauce<br \/>\n1 teaspoon soy sauce<br \/>\n1 teaspoons rice vinegar<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n2 tablespoons sliced green onions, chopped cilantro<br \/>\n2 tablespoons white sesame seeds<br \/>\n2 tablespoons black sesame seeds<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Place the sesame seeds on a plate and stir to combine.<br \/>\nMix garlic salt, black pepper, soya sauce, vinegar and hoisin sauce together.<br \/>\nMarinate tuna steak for half an hour.<br \/>\nPlace each tuna steak on the plate of sesame seeds and press the seeds all over the fish.<br \/>\nHeat the oil in a large pan over high heat.<br \/>\nAdd the tuna steaks to the pan. Cook for 30-60 seconds per side.<br \/>\nRemove the tuna from the pan. Let rest for 3 minutes then cut into slices.<br \/>\nIn a small bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil.<br \/>\nDrizzle the sauce over the sliced tuna.
