Cut multiple little slits across the potato with the guide of 2 chopsticks<br \/>\n2. Melt the butter and add the garlic, chilli flakes, salt, maple syrup and maple spread<br \/>\n3. Mix well and pour the mixture over each potato<br \/>\n4. Use a brush to coat the potato with the butter mixture, ensuring it gets between each slit<br \/>\n5. Bake the potatoes at 180C for 30 minutes<br \/>\n6. 30 mins later, take the potatoes out and baste them with the butter<br \/>\n7. Bake the potatoes once again at 180C for another 25 minutes<br \/>\n8. Drizzle the potatoes with some maple vinegar and garnish with coriander<br \/>\n9.
