Cut up tofu in rectangle bite sizes. Add soy sauce and old bay seasoning giving it a mix until generously coated<br \/>\n2. Heat a skillet on medium with a touch of oil. Add the tofu and allow it crisp up on each side for up to 2 minutes<br \/>\n3. Once tofu is toasted, transfer to a plate and add the sliced halloumi to cook for up to 2 minutes on each side<br \/>\n4. Start stacking: wet rice paper completely for 5 seconds, place the sliced carrot, old bay tofu, chilli oil, Mayo and halloumi.<br \/>\n5.
