Heat the oil and add the fresh ginger and garlic<br \/>\n2. Add the onions and saute\u0301<br \/>\n3. Once the onions turn translucent, add the cumin and coriander powders<br \/>\n4. Add the chicken and stir on high heat until the chicken starts turning brown<br \/>\n5. Add the yoghurt, salt, green chillies and water before mixing<br \/>\n6. Simmer on low heat for about 25 minutes<br \/>\n7. Add sugar and mix it through<br \/>\n8. Garnish with fresh ginger and coriander<br \/>\n9.
