{"id":25177,"date":"2023-08-15T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-15T02:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=25177"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:26:03","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:26:03","slug":"chicken-mushroom-pasta-shells-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-mushroom-pasta-shells-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Mushroom Pasta Shells"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>150g large conchiglioni pasta shells<br \/>\n200g white button mushrooms chopped into small cubes<br \/>\n300g raw chicken fillet<br \/>\n1 cup finely chopped onions<br \/>\n100g red peppers<br \/>\nGreen chillies to taste<br \/>\n5 large \/ 20g garlic chopped<br \/>\n50g butter<br \/>\n2 tablespoons flour<br \/>\n1 cup milk<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1 tablespoon dried mixed herbs or 2 tablespoons of fresh herbs<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Boil the pasta until al dente.<br \/>\nTo a food processor, add the chicken fillets, which i cut into large cubes, garlic, green chillies, red pepper. Pulse to make a mince.<br \/>\nHeat butter in a pan. Add the mushrooms and onions and fry until soft and the moisture evaporates.<br \/>\nAdd the chicken mince mixture with the dried or fresh herbs.<br \/>\nFry until the chicken is cooked through.<br \/>\nAdd the flour.
