To a bowl, add the mince, coriander, onion, chillies, cumin, coriander and salt<br \/>\n2. Mix well and place the mixture around skewers and smooth any cracks<br \/>\n3. Shallow fry the skewers for a couple of minutes on either side until the meat develops a slight char<br \/>\n4. Serve with salad<br \/>\n5.
