Drain and keep aside.<br \/>\nHeat oil in a wok\/pan, add chopped onion, and cook till soft, not brown. Add garlic, lemon pepper, salt, and pepper. Toss in the rice. And mix until everything is well incorporated. Adjust seasoning as per your liking. Cover the rice and steam on low heat for 30 minutes or untill done. You will know it&#8217;s done when you see lots of steam coming from the rice. Add in lime\/lemon juice and cilantro mix and serve hot.<\/p>\n<h2>Peri Peri Chicken Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 chicken thighs<br \/>\n1\u20442 teaspoon onion powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon garlic powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder<br \/>\n1\u20442 teaspoon ground cumin powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon paprika<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n1\u20442 teaspoon oregano\/mixed herbs<br \/>\nJuice of half a lemon<br \/>\n2 tablespoons olive oil<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Mix all of the above marinade ingredients in a bowl. Rub all over the chicken. Let it marinate for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and cook until tender.
