In a bowl mix together the marinade ingredients and leave to marinate for at least an hour. I added an extra tsp of Mr Naga just for extra flavour but you can leave that out.<br \/>\n2. Preheat the oven gas mark 5\/190-200c.<br \/>\n3. Add the wings to a baking tray. You can spray the tray with a non stick spray.<br \/>\n4. Bake for 30\/40 minutes, ensuring you turn the wings half way.<br \/>\n5. Mix together the ketchup, 1 heaped tsp of mr naga pickle, a generous squeeze of honey (4tbsp).<br \/>\n6. As the wings cook. Brush the wings with the sauce mix a few times on each side, allowing the glaze to caramelise in between each application.<br \/>\n7.
