{"id":25116,"date":"2023-08-11T06:48:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-10T22:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=25116"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:26:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:26:12","slug":"keema-and-peppers-food_with_fatty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/keema-and-peppers-food_with_fatty","title":{"rendered":"Keema And Peppers"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>250g of lamb mince (i used 20% fat)<br \/>\n54g of onion, thinly sliced<br \/>\n16g of garlic, grated<br \/>\n4g of ginger, grated<br \/>\n1 tsp of curry powder<br \/>\n1tbsp of cumin seeds<br \/>\n200g of baby peppers, sliced in half<br \/>\n1 tsp of ground cumin<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp of tumeric<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of chilli powder<br \/>\nOil spray<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\n10g of coriander, chopped<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Heat up a non stick pan and spray with some oil. Add in the cumin seeds and toast for a few seconds.<br \/>\n2. Add in the garlic, onions and mince and sprinkle in a little salt. Cook covered till mince has browned and onions have softened. The mince should release enough fatty oils to cook the onions. Add a splash of water to help cooking process.<br \/>\n3. Add in the spices and continue to cook. Add splash of water.<br \/>\n4. Add in the peppers and another splash of water, cover and cook till peppers are soft.<br \/>\n5.
