{"id":25110,"date":"2023-08-11T04:18:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-10T20:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=25110"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:26:16","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:26:16","slug":"picy-cranberry-salmon-curry-katz__kitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/picy-cranberry-salmon-curry-katz__kitchen","title":{"rendered":"Picy Cranberry Salmon Curry"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500g of salmon fillet, cut into small chunks<br \/>\n4tbsp of olive oil<br \/>\n1 medium onion, sliced<br \/>\n4 red chillies, sliced in half<br \/>\n1\/2 tbsp of garlic ginger paste<br \/>\n1 tsp of hot chilli powder<br \/>\n1 tsp of paprika<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of turmeric<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of mustard seeds<br \/>\n1 and 1\/3 cups of @oceansprayanz\u2019s Cranberry Classic juice<br \/>\nsalt, to taste<br \/>\njuice of 1\/2 a small lemon<br \/>\n1\/4 cup of fresh coriander, chopped<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Lightly sear the salmon in olive oil until it gets some colour then set aside<br \/>\n2. In the same pan, saute\u0301 the onion and chillies<br \/>\n3. Once the onions turn translucent, add the garlic ginger paste<br \/>\n4. Once the onions start turning brown, add the chilli powder, paprika, turmeric and mustard seeds<br \/>\n5. Add the Cranberry Classic juice and mix it with the onion and spices<br \/>\n6. Carefully add the seared salmon pieces, salt and any oil from the salmon<br \/>\n7. Simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes<br \/>\n8. Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top and garnish with coriander<br \/>\n9.
