{"id":25099,"date":"2023-08-10T11:56:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-10T03:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=25099"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:26:16","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:26:16","slug":"peri-peri-chicken-quarters-ataleofsauceandspice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/peri-peri-chicken-quarters-ataleofsauceandspice","title":{"rendered":"Peri Peri Chicken Quarters"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>For marinating:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 chicken leg pieces<br \/>\n2 tablespoons olive oil<br \/>\n2 tsp ground garlic<br \/>\n1 Tblsp lemon juice<br \/>\n1 tsp red chilli powder<br \/>\n1 tsp paprika<br \/>\n1\u20444 tsp sumac (optional)<br \/>\n1 tsp Bbq spice\/chicken spice<br \/>\n1 teaspoon lemon pepper<br \/>\nSalt to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>1\u20443 cup Mochachos peri peri sauce<br \/>\n1\u20444 cup Nandos lemon and herb sauce<br \/>\nLeft over marinade<br \/>\n1\u20444 Cup fresh cream<br \/>\n2 tablespoons milk<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Make deep cuts on the chicken.<br \/>\nMix all of the marinade ingredients and rub half of the marinade over the chicken on both sides place it in a Pyrex and grill it in the oven at 180C for 25-30 minutes or untill chicken is cooked through.<br \/>\nMix the remaining marinade with the above-mentioned sauces and cream, bring it to a boil over the stove top, and then pour it over the chicken. Return to the oven and bake for a further 10 minutes or until everything is heated through.<br \/>\nGarnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve with freshly baked rolls.
