(You could also turn off the heat just before it&#8217;s cooked through and let it sit in the water for about 1 hour to finish cooking and absorb some juiciness)<br \/>\nCook noodles according to packet instructions, I used the stock I cooked the chicken in to cook my noodles.<br \/>\nPrepare all your salad ingredients.<br \/>\nFor the pickle, I shredded the green papaya and made a quick pickle, which consists of water, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Add the papaya to your pickling liquid and set it aside.
