{"id":25002,"date":"2023-08-07T08:10:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-07T00:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=25002"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:26:29","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:26:29","slug":"zucchini-mushroom-peas-quiche-beebskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/zucchini-mushroom-peas-quiche-beebskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Zucchini Mushroom &amp; Peas Quiche"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>For the dough:<\/strong><br \/>\n280g full corn flour<br \/>\n120g soft butter<br \/>\n1\/\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\nCold water if needed<br \/>\n<strong>For the filling:<\/strong><br \/>\nOil and butter<br \/>\n1 large onion<br \/>\n2 large zucchini<br \/>\n250g brown mushrooms<br \/>\n1 cup peas (around 3\/4 of a can)<br \/>\nSalt, pepper, garlic powder for seasoning<\/p>\n<h2>Egg Mixture<\/h2>\n<p>200g heavy cream<br \/>\n1\/2 cup full cream milk<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\nSalt and pepper<br \/>\nAdditional (Cheese)<\/p>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>Prepare the dough (i used the kitchen machine) and refrigerate for 1 hour.<br \/>\nCut the onions into small cubes then saute\u0301 them, then add the zucchini and saute\u0301 them for s couple of minutes then finally add the mushrooms and cover the pan for 10 minutes.<br \/>\nGrease the quiche pan and spread the crust, bake for 15 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd the cooked peas to the rest of the vegetables, then give it a quick mix.<br \/>\nOnce the crust is out, put all the veggies in it (exclude all the water) and add the egg mixture.. you can add cheese if you want i added some feta.<br \/>\nBake for another 35 minutes, let it rest for 20 minutes before cutting.
