In a bowl mix together, warm water, yeast, honey, salt and 2 Tbsp Olive Oil. Let it sit for 5 minutes and add in the bread flour mixing well!<br \/>\n2. This recipe luckily doesn\u2019t require kneading! Once your ingredients are well combined, it should feel sticky\/tacky &#8211; add olive oil covering the Foccacia dough all over. Tightly cover your bowl with cling film and leave the dough to rise in the fridge overnight<br \/>\n3. After 12-16hrs, massage the dough for 2-3 mins using more olive oil if necessary. In your oven muffin tray add a generous amount of olive oil all over and transfer your dough equally ensuring it\u2019s covered with oil all over. Cover with a cheese and all other toppings with cloth\/towel and let it prove for 30 mins<br \/>\n4.
