Save the rest for another time.)<br \/>\n1&#8243; inch piece cinnamon stick<br \/>\n1 teaspoon cumin seeds<br \/>\n2 cloves<br \/>\n1 black cardamon<br \/>\n2 green cardamon<br \/>\n1 star anise<br \/>\n15 whole black pepper corns<br \/>\n2 bayleaves<\/p>\n<h2>Ground Spices<\/h2>\n<p>1\/4 teaspoon turmeric powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon Coriander powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon cumin powder<br \/>\n1.5 teaspoon garam masala<br \/>\n2 teaspoons paprika<br \/>\nRed chili powder to taste<br \/>\nSalt to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Heat oil.<br \/>\nBraise the onions and whole spices until the onions just begin to turn pink.<br \/>\nAdd the mince and ginger garlic paste. Mix and cook until the mince just begins to firm.<br \/>\nAdd the ground spices and green chilies. Mix well.<br \/>\nAdd tomatoes and dill. Mix through.<br \/>\nCover and cook on low until the tomatoes soften.<br \/>\nAdd yogurt. Mix again.<br \/>\nCover and cook on low until done.
