{"id":24929,"date":"2023-08-04T14:50:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-04T06:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24929"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:26:39","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:26:39","slug":"bakso-goreng-fried-chicken-meatballs-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/bakso-goreng-fried-chicken-meatballs-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Bakso Goreng \/ Fried Chicken Meatballs"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>350g boneless chicken thigh with skin<br \/>\n150g deshelled shrimps<br \/>\n100ml cold water<br \/>\n2 green onion, sliced<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n250g tapioca flour<br \/>\n1 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n1 tsp baking soda<br \/>\nOil for deep frying<\/p>\n<h2>Seasoning<\/h2>\n<p>1 tbsp chicken stock powder<br \/>\n1 tbsp onion powder<br \/>\n2 tbsp sesame oil<br \/>\n3 tbsp neutral oil<br \/>\n2 tsp white pepper<br \/>\n2-3 tsp salt (adjust to taste)<br \/>\n1 tbsp sugar<\/p>\n<h2>Dipping Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>10 long chili, finely chopped<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves, grated<br \/>\n3 tbsp sugar (adjust tp taste)<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp stock powder<br \/>\n2 tbsp rice vinegar<br \/>\n1-2 tsp cornflour<br \/>\n200ml water<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Cut chicken into smaller pieces<br \/>\n2. Add chicken to a food processor along with shrimps, green onion, water, eggs and seasoning ingredients<br \/>\n3. Blend until smooth, pasty and sticky<br \/>\n4. Add tapioca flour, baking powder and baking soda, blend again until well combined<br \/>\n5. Heat generous amounts of oil, use two spoons or hands to form mixture into balls<br \/>\n6. Fry balls into the hot oil over low heat, flipping occasionally until golden brown, crispy and hard shell formed approx. 30 mins,<br \/>\n7. If balls starts to crack\/split, use fork to prick the air out<br \/>\n8. Remove from heat, and Strain balls (Fry balls in batches, dont over crowd the pan)<br \/>\n9. Dipping sauce: add all dipping sauce ingredients in a pan, simmer over low heat until bubbling and thicken.
