{"id":24927,"date":"2023-08-04T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-04T06:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24927"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:26:39","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:26:39","slug":"grilled-nectarines-with-burrata-herbs-anexplorerskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/grilled-nectarines-with-burrata-herbs-anexplorerskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Grilled Nectarines With Burrata Herbs"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>5 large nectarines, ripe, but still very firm<br \/>\n1 lb cherries (about 35) cut in half<br \/>\n8 lg basil leaves<br \/>\nMicrogreens<br \/>\n1 lb burrata (4 lg balls)<br \/>\nZest from 1 lemon<br \/>\n2 tsp fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n1 Tbs olive oil<br \/>\nSalt &amp; pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Honey Lemon Drizzle<\/h2>\n<p>1 Tbs honey<br \/>\n4 Tbs olive oil<br \/>\nPinch each of salt &amp; pepper<br \/>\nPinch of dried thyme<\/p>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Cut each nectarine in half. Cut into half again.<br \/>\n2. Combine the 2 tsp lemon juice with the 1 Tbs of olive oil . Rub the mixture all over the nectarine quarters.<br \/>\n3. Grill cut side down of each nectarine quarter on the grill for about 30 seconds. Flip and grill other side. Remove to platter.<br \/>\n4. Sprinkle micro greens over serving platter.<br \/>\n5. Place grilled nectarines on top of micro greens.<br \/>\n6. Tear each ball of burrata carefully into about 4 pieces. Arrange on serving platter around nectarines. Sprinkle de-seeded cherries on top.<br \/>\n7. Cut the basil leaves into thin strips and sprinkle on top. Top with grated lemon zest. Sprinkle coarse salt and freshly ground pepper on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.<br \/>\n8.
