Clean the fish with lemon juice, then fried. Safe aside.<br \/>\n2. Saute\u0301 the mashed ingredients until fragrant. Then add leaves, lemongrass, and galangal.<br \/>\n3. Pour a bit of water, followed by the fried fish.<br \/>\n4. Add the tamarind and seasoning in. Cook until water a bit reduced.<br \/>\n5. Turn off the heat.
