Peel and Slice the bananas as you like (I made like a fan). Safe a side.<br \/>\n2. To make the batter, Mix all the rest ingredients except oil.<br \/>\n3. Dip the sliced banana into the batter, the fry.<br \/>\n4. Once the colour turns to golden brown. Take them out.
