{"id":24881,"date":"2023-07-31T10:40:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-31T02:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24881"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:26:47","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:26:47","slug":"kefta-b-siniyeh-korkyskitchenofficial_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/kefta-b-siniyeh-korkyskitchenofficial_","title":{"rendered":"Kefta B Siniyeh"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 kilo kefta @marble_meats<br \/>\nSome olive oil<br \/>\n5 small white washed potatoes<br \/>\n1\/2 red capsicum sliced<br \/>\n1\/2 geeen capsicum sliced<br \/>\n1\/2 yellow capsicum sliced<br \/>\n1 sliced brown onion<br \/>\n1\/4 cup real pomegranate molasses (prefer the one that\u2019s made and packed in Lebanon )<br \/>\n1.5 litres tomato juice or 1 jar of tomato paste with about 1\/1-5 liters water depending how thick you like it .<br \/>\n2 tap salt 1 tsp Arab spices or pepper .<br \/>\n1 tsp @chilli.bang.sauces<br \/>\n3 tomatoes sliced<br \/>\nParsley to garnish<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Start by placing potatoes (with skin) in a pot and boiling about 10 mins .(we only want them half cooked ) . This helps them absorb all those juices when baking and the end result is soft pillow like potatoes yum !<br \/>\nCool , peel and cut into thick strips . Set aside<br \/>\nUsing olive oil form the kefta into fingers and pan fry or grill them only about 30seconds until they have some colour . Set aside<br \/>\nCook off onions and capsicums in a pan for few mins again to give them some colour .
