Slice up mushrooms and chop garlic.<br \/>\n2. Heat up oil in a skillet<br \/>\n3. In a bowl add in the cornflour along with paprika and pepper. Gradually add in a little water until its a consistency of mixture is thick.<br \/>\n4. Generously coat the mushrooms and place them in the hot oil for 3-5 minutes until crispy. Drain excess oil on a tissue.<br \/>\n5. For the sauce, mix soy sauce, white wine vinegar, brown sugar, ginger\/ginger Sriracha, chilli sauce.<br \/>\n6. Heat a Tbsp of oil on a nonstick pan, add in the garlic. Once fragrant add the crispy mushrooms back in saute\u0301ing with the garlic.
