Chop the tofu in rectangular size so it can hold on a skewer. Place in a bowl mixing in with olive oil, paprika, pepper, curry powder and salt. Mix generously and airfry for 6 minutes at 185C<br \/>\n2. In the meantime make your garlic Parm sauce. Melt butter adding garlic, once fragrant add parsley, and as much Parmesan and chilli flakes as you\u2019d like. Once sauce is done, allow it to cook for 5-10 minutes.<br \/>\n3. Once 6 minutes are up, flip the tofu skewers and generously coat with garlic Parm sauce and airfry for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, turn over and generously coat once again.<br \/>\n4.
