{"id":24794,"date":"2023-07-29T17:19:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-29T09:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=24794"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:26:53","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:26:53","slug":"nashville-fried-chicken-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/nashville-fried-chicken-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Nashville Fried Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>600g (3-4pcs) Chicken thighs, boneless<br \/>\nBread slices<br \/>\nPickled dill<br \/>\nOil for deep frying<\/p>\n<h2>Marinade<\/h2>\n<p>200ml whole milk<br \/>\n120ml pickle brine juice<br \/>\n2 tbsp tabasco hot sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<\/p>\n<h2>Flour Mixture<\/h2>\n<p>250g all purpose flour<br \/>\n4 tbsp cornflour<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp Salt<br \/>\n1 tsp All purpose seasoning\/chicken stock<br \/>\n2-3 tsp garlic powder<\/p>\n<h2>Spicy Oil<\/h2>\n<p>120ml reserve fried chicken oil<br \/>\n2 tbsp butter<br \/>\n2 tbsp cayenne pepper<br \/>\n2 tsp smoked paprika<br \/>\n1-2 sdm brown sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp chili powder<br \/>\n2 tsp garlic powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp white\/black pepper<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp salt<br \/>\n2 tsp Tabasco hot sauce<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Dissolve sugar and salt in pickled brine juice and add in chicken pieces along with milk and tabasco, marinate chicken for 2-4 hrs or ideally overnight in the fridge<br \/>\n2. Combine flour ingredients in a bowl,<br \/>\n3. Drain and pat dry chicken, then coat lightly with flour, then deep it back to the marinade liquid and dredge into the flour. Make sure to coat well and evenly, massage and pinch to create texture like shown in the video<br \/>\n4. Heat generous amounts of oil, deep fry chicken 2 pcs at a time over med-low heat for 5-8 mins until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set a side<br \/>\n5. Combine spicy oil ingredients in a bowl and mix well<br \/>\n6.
