Combine warm milk, sugar and yeast giving a good mix. Set it aside for 5-10 minutes to allow the yeast to activate and form bubbles on top<br \/>\n2. Once activated, add in the flour, salt, melted butter and egg mixing well until it forms a rough dough and then transfer over to a flour dusted surface and knead the dough for 8-10 minutes. Add a little more flour if the dough is still sticky. Let it rest for an hour to rise in a warm spot<br \/>\n3. In the mean time mix together the butter, cinnamon and brown sugar for the filling<br \/>\n4. After an hour, roll out the dough in a rough rectangular shape and then generously spread the filling all over. From the longest edge, start tightly rolling into a long log<br \/>\n5. Use either a knife or string to create cinnamon roll shape and place into a baking dish<br \/>\n6. Cover and lit it rest for 30 minutes and then bake at 175C for 20-23 minutes<br \/>\n7.
